Epicure has the ability to recover quickly from a nip of frost and that is why it is so popular in early producing areas.

Epicure produces high yields of floury white fleshed tubers that are round in shape.

One of the best tasting first earlies which are now making a comback by popular demand.

A good boiling, mashing and salad potato.
