Mr Fothergill's Echinacea

Echinaceas thrive in dry soils and withstand heat and humidity equally well. Butterflies and bees love their large flowers while the seed heads can be left to add structure to the garden in winter. Plant in large clumps in the garden for best effect. They also make striking cut flowers.
